Baking soda in St. Louis - No. Diesel and fertiliser in Oklahoma - Yes!

KMOV.com reports “Lawmaker wants baking soda to be sold behind counter”. The article talks about law makers in ST. Louis getting tough on the war on drugs. It talks about them fighting the big battles and fighting the good fight in their efforts to make St. Louis safer for everyone. And it seems that includes insisting that baking soda be sold behind the pharmacy counter.
