Victorian Police fool the easily fooled.
ABC Newsonline reports "Hoon has car permanently confiscated". The article talks about a guy in Victoria that became the state's first person to have his car confiscated under the state's anti-hoon legislation.
Police Minister Bob Cameron was clearly stoked with the result. "There have been 1,300 [people] that have committed one hoon offense so they've had their car taken off them for a short period," Mr Cameron said.
